Will my tray look exactly like the photo?
Stone varies naturally in color, veining and texture. Product photographs represent the design; the piece you receive may have its own natural variations.
How do I choose a size and handle finish?
Dimensions and handle details are listed on each product page. Check these against the surface where you plan to place your tray. The collection includes different shapes, stone patterns and metal finishes.
Can I see more photographs of a piece?
Open the product page and explore its gallery. Available images can be selected using the thumbnails or arrows, and View closer opens a larger view. If you need help with a detail, email us before ordering.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States with UPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3 business days. This is the preparation period; carrier transit time is separate. Shipping charges and the available delivery options are shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Stone pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive broken. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us by email with your order number so we can help with the next steps.
What should I do if my piece arrives broken?
Email profinetrays@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the damage. Keep the piece and its packaging while we help you with the next steps. Do not send a return before contacting us.

How should I clean my tray?
Use a soft, damp cloth and dry gently. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and acidic products. For further care guidance, see Marble & granite.
Can I place drinks or food on the stone?
Use coasters under drinks and dishes for food. Wipe spills promptly, especially acidic liquids such as wine, coffee, citrus and vinegar. These simple habits help protect the finish.
